The pool rules were stressful. They put up cards saying not to be away from the relaxation area for more than 60 minutes. What are guests supposed to do if they go to eat lunch in the hotel restaurant? It feels odd, unless the idea is that people should keep buying things. I've stayed here before, but the quality and service have declined this year. For a four-star hotel, it deserves only two or three. The food is below average for the price, sometimes dishes aren't labeled, and you don't know what you're eating. People who don't eat pork have to keep asking staff. Once the potatoes were labeled as such, but were actually pork. The dishes are very salty. I told the restaurant manager, but nothing changed, and even the cakes are poor quality. At breakfast I asked why there were five pork dishes, including sausage, cold cuts and croquettes, but no hot dish without pork. The answer was that there were eggs and, “this is Spain.” Given the price, the fish is also disappointing. It seems to be low-quality farmed fish rather than wild fish.

The spa was a favorite for our October days. We love this hotel: it's spotless, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the service is really amazing.

We found the area peaceful and relaxing, about a 5-10-minute walk from the beach. Lloret de Mar has crowded, noisy parts, but this spot was calm. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room price included the outdoor and indoor pools, jacuzzis, sauna and hammam. The fitness center was well equipped too, and cost a small fee of €3 a day.

My balcony view was amazing, and I loved every minute of my week at Hotel Anabel. I was traveling solo from April 7-14th 2025. The bed was so comfortable, my room was quiet, and the cleaners came every day. There was a safe for leaving my things in when I went out. Breakfast was decent each morning. The air con didn't blow cold air in my room, perhaps because I was on the 7th floor. That hasn't stopped me from booking again for October!

I stayed for seven days, my first time at this hotel, and would recommend it to anyone vacationing in Lloret de Mar. The single room on the 7th floor was clean and just right. It had its own terrace with a table, umbrella and a seat for sunbathing. The bathroom could have been more spacious, but otherwise the room was great. Staff were friendly and always smiling, drink prices were reasonable, and the half-board buffet was huge and delicious. Thanks for the hospitality.
