We ended up spending the day in town with several people who were unwell, despite having reserved a room in advance. The service was extremely poor, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel. We had to leave another hotel at 10 am, but our bus wasn't leaving until 10 pm. The day before, we asked to book a room for the day because some of our group were sick. Christina said we could use a room and leave the rest of the group's luggage there, for €145. When we returned the next day, the woman at the desk kept changing the terms. First she said we couldn't leave luggage, which we accepted. Then we were told only three people could use a room meant for four. A few minutes later, we were told we couldn't use the room at all.

They told us by phone that booking a room was fine, but when we got to the hotel, they said there was no room for us. They blamed the person who helped us, saying that person didn't know anything. Really bad service.

We had sick people with us who needed a bed to rest, but the hotel wouldn't help after promising us a room. It was unbelievable and inhumane. The owner said their own staff, especially Cristina, didn't know how things work at the hotel. That was also disrespectful and not right.

A cheap and cheerful place, with a small rooftop pool among a maze of narrow, busy streets. We booked room only, so I can't comment on the hotel food.

Good value for money, and the hotel is well located near the center. We got half board without knowing about it, and dinner was served at a four-star hotel a 20-minute walk away. The food there was excellent. The downside was no air conditioning in the room.
