The hotel is in a handy spot, close to everything, and the staff were available and attentive. Still, the noise from other guests was the worst part. They played loud music around 5:30 every morning for about an hour, ran in the hall, knocked on room doors and filmed other guests without asking. If you care about getting sleep, I'd avoid staying here. The rooms were dated and not properly clean. There was dirt on the floor, hair in the tub, grubby furniture and a toilet brush that looked long-used and was packed with toilet paper. The beds had only two sheets, no blankets. Housekeeping came every other day, so towels weren't always there, though reception could provide them. It's a budget place, but cleanliness and respect should still matter.

The hotel is well located and the rooms have air conditioning. Bath towels were provided, and the reception staff stayed friendly despite everything else. For what we paid, though, we expected basic cleanliness, organization and respect. I strongly advise against staying here. The rooms didn't look like the online photos. The decor was dated, there was a strong musty smell, and the cleaning was shameful: hair on the bed and in the bath, dust and papers under the bed, dust everywhere, and a dirty bathroom with toothpaste and handprints on the mirrors. The shower had almost no pressure, and there was only a thin sheet, no blanket. Summer or not, there's a limit. The rooms were poorly insulated and noisy. Before check-in, we asked to use the reception toilets and found them dirty, smelly and completely unhygienic. Even though we'd paid for the reservation, they charged €5 per room just to store our luggage. When we returned, staff took ages to assign rooms and seemed very disorganized. The next morning, a cleaner came knocking at 11:15 and rudely told us to leave, although noon was clearly listed as check-out both on the reservation and at reception.

The location is great, but the place is messy and rundown, with no dining area. The photos don't show what the hotel is really like, and it was filthy throughout. Our room was meant to be cleaned daily, but it went two days in a row without being cleaned. Once we'd paid, neither the owner nor the staff offered any help. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it. Don't book here.

The beds made a lot of noise, and we couldn't even use the TV because they gave us a remote for a different room. The built-in wardrobe was broken and coming off its hinges. The room was filthy, especially the floor. We won't return.
