Stayed 13/10 - 14/10/2025. We had a sea-view room, and for the money it was good value. The hotel sits right beside the water, with a wonderful view, and would suit a week or two in the sun. Rooms are large, airy, clean and fresh, with big balconies and outdoor furniture. The staff were nice and helpful, breakfast was good, and there’s a restaurant in the area. I’d rate the bed firmness 5 on a scale where 0 sinks in, 5 is average, and 10 feels like lying on top of the mattress. Value gets a 6, where 0 means throwing money away, 5 is breaking even, and 10 is the highest profit. You really need a car here. It’s around 7 - 8 minutes to Lloret de Mar and about an hour to Barcelona, and the steep hill back up to the street is a drawback. One more miss: the “Ceasar salad” isn’t a Caesar, but their own version, so avoid it.

The views were stunning, and the staff made us feel looked after and at ease throughout our wedding stay. We knew we could count on them for anything. The food was excellent too. I can’t say enough about how perfect it was for us. Definitely a 5-star hotel.

We had around 50 guests staying here for the wedding, and everyone had a great time. The beach was beautiful and a lovely place to unwind after all the busy events. The hotel itself is stunning and fairly priced, with breathtaking views and rooms that were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The food was very good as well. The front desk could be a little disorganized now and then, but the stay was still wonderful. Our guests loved it, and I’d highly recommend spending a few days here.

The bay is the main reason to come here. The hotel is decent, and the view over this beautiful Costa Brava bay is stunning. The beach below is lovely enough that boats bring visitors just to see it. The water is crystal clear and great for snorkelling, with lots of sea life. It’s a walk down to the beach and back up, though not too bad. There’s supposedly a shuttle, but we never saw one. Parking in the private lot was no problem. Wi-Fi was unstable at around 10 Mbps, fine for basic use but choppy on video calls. Breakfast and the restaurant menu are quite limited, though the food is good quality.

We loved the hotel Santa Marta, especially for a family trip with our adult children and grandchildren. The separate adult pool meant the kids could make noise without disturbing anyone. The beach was lovely, and there’s also a wonderful café a short walk away on the next beach. We enjoyed every meal at the hotel restaurant. Our room had a lovely view, and the location just outside the busy part of Lloret de Mar was perfect. I’d made a mistake with our Expedia reservation, which I won’t use again, but the staff sorted it out right away and found us a wonderful room. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
