Hotel Gracia Grace & Chic

The staff were great. We ran into a few unexpected problems, but they helped us find a solution quickly. Good value for money, and I’d recommend it. Our room was quiet and had a nice view. The hotel was clean, with a modern bathroom, and breakfast had a good variety. The beach, shops, and bars are all nearby.

The rooms were clean and nice, though they had very little in them. The hotel is close to the beach, which is a plus, but there’s only one elevator, so expect to use the stairs too. Service was pretty limited. We asked for ice to chill a bottle of wine and were told no unless we bought a bottle from the hotel. It’s a decent place, just don’t expect anything above average.

The photos don’t really show how nice this place is. It’s family-owned, feels thoughtfully run, and has been refreshed recently. The staff were fantastic, especially Max. Great location and good value, better than I expected.

The hotel is on a quiet street, and the staff were helpful and nice. Rooms were as described, and breakfast was the same hotel breakfast each day, but fresh and nice. The pillows felt a little too firm for me. Parking in Arenal is a real problem. You can circle around for at least 30 minutes, sometimes an hour, before finding a spot.
