Welikehotel Fenix

The location made getting around easy, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby and bus stops just 2-4 minutes away. Finding parking at night was the one real hassle. We sometimes spent over 30 minutes looking for a space after returning. Inside, the rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, though a little more variety would have been nice. We had a really good stay otherwise and would recommend the hotel.

There’s a microwave and coffee pot for guests to use on the first floor, and you can pull up briefly by the hotel to load or unload bags. The parking area itself is quite narrow. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff were especially kind and helpful when guests were in difficult situations, which left a strong impression on me. On the downside, late night conversations carried up to the higher floors. There was no fridge in the room, and no water was provided.

The hotel and rooms have a nice design, and the staff are polite. It was quiet apart from the roosters nearby doing their job and waking me up. Breakfast was okay, about a 4/5, but staff serve it to you from the buffet. You tell them what you want and they put it on your plate, which I didn’t like. The TV had no English channels. My towels weren’t changed during the four days, and they didn’t add extra soap either. The hotel is uphill from the beach.

The customer service was good, and for the price this is a good-value place to spend one night. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, though, and other guests were noisy, so I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay.
