The room was nice, and the AC worked well, but I expected more from a four-star hotel charging almost €100 a night. They didn’t change the sheets or even dust them, and the cleaning overall wasn’t good. The mini fridge also wasn’t very good, and neither was the view. You could hear other people in the hotel, so the room wasn’t very quiet.

The rooftop area is fab, and my daughter and I had a lovely time here last week. Our room was nice and clean, and the staff were really helpful, especially at reception. We’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

Breakfast had a great selection, including an omelette station, and all the staff were lovely. We also really enjoyed the balcony view. The room was clean and nice, and the hotel felt quiet even though it’s in a very touristy part of Majorca. The rooftop pool and bar were a real treat. Good value for the quality, and I’d recommend it to anyone staying in S’Arenal.

The hotel made a good first impression, and the woman at reception was so helpful and lovely. Our room was new and clean. WiFi barely worked in the room, though it was excellent in the lobby. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was good. The area around the hotel felt run down, like being in the middle of an estate. There was noise at all hours from barking dogs and people shouting, and dog mess on the pavement. Palma city is about 50 minutes away on the local 25 bus, which costs €2. The bars all seemed to cater to Dutch and German guests.

We had a really good stay. The rooms were clean and nice, although there was no coffee machine. A special thanks to Marian from the bar staff. Marian was so welcoming, polite, and friendly, with top service and a smile. I’d definitely come back.
