Standard AP, with sea views, pool in Playa Roques

The staff were excellent throughout, always kind and helpful. The setting, view, cleanliness, and surroundings were the best parts, and I’d return for the service and location. The rooms were spacious, but comfort was just okay, and the place felt old-fashioned and not very well equipped. The kitchen had only the basics and could use coffee, tea, sugar, and similar essentials. There were stains on the bedding, and it wasn’t changed after I reported them. The bathroom had only small soap sachets and smelled slightly sour. Hot water also ran out quickly.

Our apartment had plenty of space and a balcony with breathtaking views. Waking up to the scenery at Playa De Los Roques during our May 21-27, 2025 stay was a highlight. The aparthotel pool was lovely for relaxing after days out. We rented a car to get around Tenerife and had memorable visits to Siam Park and the Animal Embassy. The Wi-Fi was the one downside, as it wasn’t very reliable. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed the stay and would happily return.

The rooms themselves were in very poor shape, though the area outside them was nice. The sofa was torn and dirty, so we turned the cushions over because we couldn’t sit on them. The shower head wouldn’t stay in its holder, and fishing line was being used to hold up the curtain. The walls were crumbling, the lighting was poor, and the door frames need replacing. There was no double bed, just two singles pushed together. With a small water tank, we had to leave 20 minutes between showers for it to reheat. I’ve added photos as proof.

A car is essential, but the hotel is a good place to stay not far from porta de la cruz. The facilities and pool were good, and I recommend it.
