For a month and a half at MiCasaInn, I haven't had a single day when the WiFi worked properly. I needed it for schoolwork and a Zoom interview, but the connection cut out about five minutes into the interview. I couldn't get back in until only about eight minutes were left. Even a basic Google search can take around five minutes, and websites with lots of pictures or formatting barely load. Several students have complained to management, but nothing has been done. Laundry is a problem too. You can only pay for and start the washer and dryer with your phone, so when the WiFi is down, which is 98% of the time, you can't even do laundry. And the dryers don't work. I was told they'd been fixed, but my clothes still came out wet, wasting another 2,50€. Staff must know about it, because when they come to 'clean your room', they make the bed again with the same dirty sheets and pillowcases. Students looking for somewhere to live should avoid MiCasaInn Atocha Rio and any other MiCasaInn residence.

After six months at Mi Casa Inn, I felt like I had found a family in a completely foreign country. It's such a welcoming place that you can really feel at home and like you belong. The staff are kind and helpful, like older siblings looking out for us, and I've met people from all over the world here. Living in an apartment might cost less, but for me the price is worth it. Micasainn is the main reason my time in Madrid has been so good, and it's made the whole experience feel complete. ❤️

There are just two washers and two dryers for the entire building, and they're constantly out of service. No one is on site to handle urgent problems, and emails or maintenance requests can take months to get fixed. Management does a terrible job. For what you pay, it's not worth it.

I spent two years living at Mi Casa Inn and had an amazing experience that I'll never forget. The rooms are comfortable and fairly large, and there's everything you need. You also meet great people here. I'd definitely choose it again!
