The cleaner was there when we arrived and told us the door wasn't working, so we'd have to wait for someone to fix it. With three children, we were left for five hours in 10-degree weather with the door open. The apartment is right on the street. That afternoon of our stay was ruined, and the people who eventually came to fix it were incredibly rude. I complained by email and was ignored.
