There was no signage, reception, or other sign of the place when we arrived, and their phone number doesn’t work. I couldn’t find any other contact information either. We got in touch with eDreams, but when they contacted the property, it wouldn’t take responsibility. They said check-in time had passed, and after we sent several messages trying to reach them, they still gave us no refund. They later provided a contact number through eDreams, then washed their hands of the issue again. This is a scam.

We arrived in Madrid on May 13th and quickly saw what was going on: no one answered the phone, there was no virtual reception and no entry code. A woman kindly let us in, and we found run-down buildings with broken mailboxes. Nobody seemed to know where the H&C apartment was. Luckily eDreams found us somewhere else to stay and saved the vacation. This deserves zero stars, not one. I’m posting to warn future customers. Scam, stay away.
