I've never had a worse stay. On our first night, we got bitten by bed bugs, and the hotel completely ignored our complaints. Later they said they'd done an inspection or pest control, but we never got any confirmation or proof. It ruined our trip. Totally unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The facilities were very clean, and the overall experience was alright, but the service was awful. After I'd checked out, a woman told me I couldn't use the common area once about an hour had passed. She started an argument, I didn't finish on time, and I missed my bus. I'd left everything just as I found it. Why pick a fight? Treat people well if you want clients.

Reception told me that guests had to pay something to wait inside the hotel for two hours before check-in. I didn't even ask how much. It seemed strange and unwelcoming to charge guests just to sit and wait.

Good value for money, but the rooms are very small.

The place was clean, close to the centre, and the staff were nice. They don't speak English very well, but the owner is really friendly.
