Being able to open the balcony door let in daylight and fresh air. The staff were kind and helpful, and the room, bed, pillows and sheets were all comfortable and clean. Gran Via is in a terrific spot, just a five-minute walk from Plaza de España.

The shower was oddly short. I'm 184 cm and the water sprayed over the top of my head. The Wi-Fi wasn't great either, so be ready to use mobile data. Still, I have nothing else negative to say. For the price, you get high-quality rooms, friendly service and a great spot for going out at night. It was a real gem to find during my stay.

The location is perfect 👌👌👌👌. There's some construction noise at the moment, but it's temporary and won't last long.

We had a great view from our room. The room itself was good, the staff were friendly, and everything was really clean. The place is close to the main street, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I really recommend it.

We had a tiny balcony in room 815, but the sunrise over Madrid from there was spectacular. The staff were welcoming and cleaned our room every day. The toilet smelled a little at first, though it was fine after they cleaned it. The hotel is also very close to the city centre.
