Círculo Gran Vía, Autograph Collection - Adults Only

The rooms looked stunning, and I loved the interior design. The staff were friendly and accommodating, with great recommendations for things around the area. It’s a really handy base for getting to just about anywhere in Madrid. I’d happily stay again :)

This place doesn’t feel like somewhere to remember. Couples or solo travelers could sleep here, but it isn’t luxury, romantic, or family friendly. I’m giving it three stars because the current quality and condition don’t match €280 night. I imagine it was top notch 10 years ago. Breakfast had a really disappointing selection, and the place lacked personality and a positive, outgoing attitude. I wouldn’t choose it again unless there’s a major change.

We were upgraded to a large suite with an amazing outdoor terrace, a peaceful spot right in the middle of the city. The air conditioning worked well, and breakfast in the beautiful dining room was delicious. The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. This newly renovated building has kept its old world architecture, and it’s a great place to explore Madrid on foot. Gran Via felt very safe. There’s a fun casino next door, but you don’t notice it because it has a separate entrance. It’s a boutique style hotel in the Marriott family, so members get all the perks. Definitely recommend.

What made our stay memorable was the heartfelt hospitality. The staff greeted us warmly and made sure we felt cared for throughout, especially the front desk team and David, whose kindness and professionalism stood out. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, luxurious, exceptionally comfortable, and kept impeccably clean. The lively setting comes with minimal to no street noise, just what you’d expect in a major capital. Circulo Gran Vía, Autograph Collection is right in the heart of Madrid’s iconic Gran Vía, steps from the metro, Plaza del Sol, and the city’s vibrant neighborhoods. A true gem, from arrival to departure.
