We enjoyed the old-world feel and the service at Hotel Quinta. The rooms and hotel are old, but clean, welcoming, and accommodating, and the restaurant dinner was great. The bed is firm, so keep that in mind. This is a charming place for a simple city break, though anyone looking for modern comforts may be disappointed. Check-out took longer than we expected, so leave enough time. I’d happily stay again.

The rooms are comfortable, and everything is impeccably clean. Some of the furniture and other details are old, but they’re in good shape. Service in both the hotel and restaurant was excellent, and the location is convenient in a quiet spot. On the first floor, the rooms have lovely terraces where you can sip morning coffee and look out over Madrid’s skyline.

I loved the adorable feel of this place, the spotless, cute, good-sized room, and the absolutely impeccable service. Everyone I met was so nice, and I’d come back without hesitation. I was there for work, so the quiet, clean, walkable town suited me, but there isn’t much to do. It’s somewhat secluded in a suburban neighborhood, outside Madrid proper. Coffee and groceries are walkable, but nice restaurants and nightlife aren’t. A few things to know: it’s an old building, and you can hear every footstep from elsewhere in the hotel, at all hours. I can sleep anywhere, but heard it before bed and as soon as I woke each day. The separate garden room section might be quieter since it doesn’t have multiple floors, so light sleepers should book there. The TV has about three channels, none in English. I like having some background noise in the evening to cover the footsteps, but couldn’t navigate the TV, and everything was in Spanish. A channel guide would help, instead of having to slowly surf every channel to confirm there’s nothing on. I was torn about the rating, but gave five stars because the place is so charming and the service was wonderful. Those negatives may matter to you, but I’ll definitely return if I’m in Madrid again. The rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious. The service was friendly, and since our plane landed early in the morning, they offered to let us check in early. We had no trouble communicating in English either.

What a charming, cozy little place. The staff were incredibly helpful with every request, and the rooms were nice and quiet. If you’re thinking about booking it, do it! I adored the stay and would totally come back. ❤️
