I was worn out after back-to-back business meetings and didn't get to enjoy the place as much as I could have. The front desk person personally checked me into the apartment, walked me around, and explained everything. It was an impressive introduction. Everything was great, including how well the windows kept out most street noise at night, even on the ground floor. During the day, with the windows open, it felt like sitting on a street corner. I didn't mind, though with my wife we might have wanted more privacy. Room service brought a burger that was so good, 'delicious' doesn't cover it. A smart panel in the living room controlled the heating, air-conditioning, and floor heating. I would've preferred a firmer mattress, but that's just my preference. The location in Salamanca was amazing, with everything a 3 minute walk away.

The bed felt quite firm to me, so that's the only reason I'd take a star off the room. We had a lovely, spacious room in a great area and spent most of the weekend walking around. When the midday heat got intense, we also used the hotel's spa area, which was fantastic.

Our two-bedroom suite was a beautiful surprise, with modern luxury, marble details, very comfortable king beds, and a kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The location in Madrid's prime Salamanca district puts you close to great restaurants and boutique shops. There's no dining on site, but the 24-hour concierge was always helpful, and the staff were especially polite and attentive. The vintage elevator in the lobby made a special first impression. A great fit for travelers who want historic charm and the comforts of home.

We had an EXCELLENT stay, with excellent service from the Ayala 63 team. The room was spacious and had a cooktop, oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker, and the bed was comfortable. It's in one of Madrid's best locations. We'll definitely be back!
