Cristina and her team were so helpful and attentive, especially with sightseeing tips and explanations of the hotel. I’ll definitely come back. The location is excellent, close to Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, museums, major sights, and the Royal Palace, all within walking distance. My room was spacious and modern, with a very comfortable king-size bed and a king-size TV, and I thought it was great value for what it offered. Each morning, a little bag with a pastry and small bottle of water was left on my door. The basement lounge is open 24 hours and has complimentary coffee, tea, juice, fresh fruit, and cookies.

We loved our stay. The room was comfortable and just right for two, and pastries even arrived in the morning. The rooftop bar served good food and drinks, including mocktails, and the front desk staff were very helpful with directions. The place was very clean, close to the metro and main squares, and the location was perfect.

Melissa and Raul made our stay special with their thoughtful service. They left fresh croissants and sweets at our door every morning, and water and coffee were always complimentary. Of the three hotels we stayed at in Spain, this one had the best service by far. It’s right by everything we wanted to see in Madrid, yet our room was quiet, with no outside noise. We had an amazing stay and will absolutely return.

Every morning, they left delicious pastries hanging on our door, and downstairs there was fresh fruit, cookies, and biscuits. Such a cozy, welcoming place, with really nice and helpful people at the front desk. The location is great too, just 50 meters from Centro Puerta del Sol. Easy 5/5 for me.

The only thing that tested my patience was the lift. There’s just one, and it’s fairly small, so it gets crowded at busy times, especially in the morning. Once I had to let several full lifts go before I could get on. Otherwise, the hotel felt calm and efficient, and it was a comfortable, practical base in central Madrid. Everything, from the shared spaces to my room, was orderly, clean, and well looked after. I also felt secure and well organized throughout my stay.
