The room had blackout curtains and plenty of closet space, and housekeeping cleaned it daily and prepared it for sleep in the evening. It was spacious, and the hotel was great for the price. I’d stay again if I weren’t working. The gym is modest but useful and very clean. Service was quick and accommodating, with handy touches like a luggage scale and travel adapter. It’s a cute hotel with a fun concept, music playing throughout, and a great location beside the 10-1 metro, within walking distance of lots of coffee shops and Santiago Bernabéu. A few things could be better: the internet is slow and public, so working from the hotel was difficult; the cardio equipment is older; the bar lacks variety and creative cocktails for its theme and five-star rating; and used toiletries such as the vanity kit should be replaced.

The downstairs bar was really nice, and the staff were friendly and efficient. We had a large, comfortable room and it was very quiet. The hotel is easy to reach on foot from Chamartín train station, with plenty of places to eat nearby. If we’d known it would be this nice, we would have left Valencia earlier and stayed an extra couple of days.

A lovely audio cassette was a nice touch, and the hotel is full of musical elements. It’s a beautiful place with friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms, and a nice bathroom. Very handy as a transfer hotel near Madrid’s train station.

You can grab a complimentary drink at the bar and pair it with some really good food. Barcelo Imagine also has clean, comfortable beds, helpful staff, and nice amenities, including a sauna 🧖♀️. They even let guests borrow umbrellas during their stay. The look of the place is great, and Santiago Bernabeu is just three stops away. A solid choice for a Madrid trip.

The music theme throughout the hotel was something we really enjoyed, and breakfast was another highlight, with plenty of variety and very good quality. Our room was unusually spacious, modern, and spotless, and the bathroom had lots of room too. It’s also very easy to get around from here: the hotel sits right by Chamartín train station, which has a direct airport connection. Jose Angel, the Front Office Manager, gave us kind, outstanding help, and the rest of the team were friendly and ready to assist as well. We had a great stay and would happily recommend it.
