Getting in was a total hassle. There's no reception, and it took almost two hours for anyone to respond. You only find this out after booking, when you can't cancel. You also have to download a phone app to open the front door and your room. Once inside, the rooms are okay, but nothing special. Each bathroom has its own small water heater, enough for one modest shower, so two people would need to wait. My biggest gripe was that every towel smelled strongly of mildew. I only noticed after drying off, so I had to get back into the now-cold shower to wash again. In the end I used a sheet from the other bed to dry myself so I wouldn't cover myself in that moldy smell.

Check-in is self-service. I forgot to ask for an ironing board, but they could have delivered one in time.

I booked through hotels.com, but when I arrived nobody answered the door. It seemed fake and felt dangerous. I don't recommend it, and I asked hotels.com for a refund.

The room was comfortable and good. It could use a few everyday supplies, like extra toilet paper, a dish towel, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

I've never stayed in a worse hostel. It was filthy, the rooms were cramped, and the walls were paper-thin. There was no washing machine, kitchen, or induction hob, and no trash bags or sponge. I couldn't get anywhere with the owners. When I asked the manager, she said there was a dispenser for clean towels and toilet paper in the hall, but it wasn't there, and she wasn't even sure they had one. I had to buy my own toilet paper and trash bags. Someone should really inspect places like this, who knows what else is hidden there. Greed knows no bounds here.
