Good value and a great location. The team were welcoming and really helpful. Everything was perfect except the sofa bed, which isn’t suitable for adults. Also, it won’t work for every wheelchair user.

In April 2024, I arrived to find only building management there, and my reservation wasn’t on the list even though the charge had already gone through on my credit card. I’d booked months earlier for the Madrid marathon because the location worked for the start and finish. Booking.com took more than two hours in the lobby to sort it out with the accommodation, then offered me another location. I missed a tour and a lunch appointment because of the wait. It was an awful holiday experience and completely unacceptable. Avoid booking here.

Our host was fantastic and even tried to arrange an early check-in. I stayed for a seven-day holiday in one of the privately owned apartments, in a building that also has hotel rooms. Ours was really more of a studio, with Wi-Fi, a kitchen stocked with supplies, and everyday basics like towels and shampoo. For our family of four, it felt small, to say the least. The location is pleasant and modern, close to Goya and Serrano. It’s not in central downtown Madrid, which is the only reason I wouldn’t rate it a 10, though Gran Via is still just a 10-15 minute walk away. I’d highly recommend the location.

We had a terrible time. Our plane was delayed, so we got there an hour late, and nobody was available to check us in. We had to walk 2 km to pick up the keys. The person in charge was disrespectful. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
