We were a family of three, including our 4-year-old, and had what we needed for one or two nights. For about 105 EUR per night, the room was good value, with a bathtub and a kitchen that was equipped well enough. The hallway was noisy, but closing the bedroom door made it perfectly fine. I also liked the vending machines for coffee, water, and sandwiches. There's a Shell petrol station about a 5-minute walk away, and Plenilunio mall has a Mercadona and plenty of places to eat. For people connecting through Madrid's Barajas airport, this is a good option, better than some run-down places in the Barajas district in my opinion. There isn't a direct airport connection, though. An Uber cost us 15 EUR from the airport and 8 EUR going back. It would've been nice if the hotel arranged a transfer for an extra fee. If it does offer one, I wasn't told about it. Tip for a morning flight from Terminal 1: go to Terminal 2 and walk over because of the traffic. One thing that could be better: the cafeteria staff member didn't understand a basic request for "black tea" in English. It wasn't a complicated order. I was surprised by the average rating here. I booked through trip.com without noticing it.

There are plenty of better airport hotels nearby at the same price. This place felt creepy and had poor security, with a compound-like layout. Check-in took nearly 30 minutes, and we had to scan our passports repeatedly without anyone explaining why or apologizing. Breakfast was terrible too.

The room was a good size, but it wasn't very clean. Breakfast was awful: rotten eggs and very little choice. A staff member dropped a plate of pastries, then put them on the table for guests. They also had nowhere for us to leave our luggage between checkout and the transfer.

The only bright spot was checkout. The lady and gentleman at the desk were quick and really friendly, but that couldn't make up for the rest of our stay. We were three, two adults and a child, and service was unacceptable from the start. The receptionist was rude and wouldn't let me use the parking area briefly to unload our heavy bags. Our room had two single beds pushed together and a sofa bed instead of the double bed we'd expected. The mattresses were rock hard, the frames creaked loudly, and none of us slept well. We all woke up with significant back pain. We could also hear every conversation from neighboring rooms and all the street noise through the paper-thin walls. The flat had no cookware. When we asked reception, they rudely said we'd need to pay a €20 deposit. What we got was one rusty, dirty black pan, one dirty pot, and three basic utensils. After paying a premium for the room, being charged extra for filthy, substandard equipment felt like a total scam. This was a complete waste of money, and we definitely won't return.

The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful, but the room barely felt like a 3-star hotel: stained sheets, dirty floors, no soap or towels in the kitchen, and toothpaste marks still on the bathroom counter. The layout and surroundings also made us feel unsafe. There were two of us women, and I wouldn't stay here alone as a woman. The buildings are separate from reception and have unlocked entrances. The hallways are dark, and the lights take ages to come on. The windows don't lock, and the area is quiet and industrial, with lots of men hanging around. Other reviews mention women being robbed or assaulted here. I can understand why.
