With the windows opening straight onto the street at ground level, people can see inside, so you have to keep the curtains shut and lose the daylight and privacy. The heating mode on the air conditioning unit didn't work, and even the one-ply toilet paper added to the sense of low quality. The front door was also a hassle, often needing a hard bang to close properly. The room was so tiny there was barely room to move, and getting around meant constantly maneuvering. The bathroom was worse. It was so cramped you were practically sitting on the toilet to brush your teeth, and the shower wouldn't close properly, flooding the whole bathroom every time. The water heater couldn't provide enough hot water. If you turned it up for a hot shower, the sink water became scalding and wouldn't cool, so I had to use the kitchen sink for basics like brushing my teeth. There was almost no storage, just a minuscule wardrobe that barely held two shirts and no hook for a jacket. The pillows were so thin it felt like I had nothing to sleep on. This seems to have been a commercial space converted to squeeze in as many rooms as possible, and it shows. The place feels set up to maximize space and cram in rooms instead of making a comfortable stay.

The room works well for two, and there's a small kitchenette without a stovetop, plus a coffee maker and microwave. For three, though, the sofa bed isn't great because you can really feel its metal frame. It's in a quiet neighborhood, close to a metro station and several supermarkets.

The place itself is nice, but the stay was awful. There was no electricity in the room when I arrived, so I had to deal with the breaker panel myself. Nobody came to help, and there was no water heater or heating. The front door also sticks and won't open. I wouldn't recommend it.

The bathroom was already leaking when they handed it over, and a technician only showed up after I complained. I also spent seven days without service or a change of sheets and towels. When I raised it, they said they could make an exception, but that it didn't apply. What if I stayed a month? The rooms are tiny, almost like capsule hotels, and there's barely room to cross from one side to the other.
