DWO Yuste Alcalá

Breakfast was included and delicious, with breads, meats, cheeses and fruit brought to the table. You can order other meals as well. The rooms were comfortable and nice, and had safes. The staff were helpful, and the hotel was clean and really nice. It’s not downtown, but there’s a metro station just down the block, and Uber pickup is easy. The price was reasonable, so I’d absolutely stay again.

The staff were gorgeous and even took care of my luggage when it arrived after I’d left. I’m very grateful. Nearby you’ll mostly find car repair shops, so on weekends there’s plenty of parking when they’re closed. The hotel itself is very nice, and there are bakeries, cafés and restaurants within walking distance. Madrid’s center is about 10-15 minutes away by bus or train.

We slept well in the comfortable beds, with no disturbance. Although the hotel is near garage workshops and similar businesses, it was quiet. The shower was great and had good pressure. The metro station is close by, so it’s quick to reach most of the city, including the center. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the hotel facilities suited our needs well.

The location is great, and the room had very comfortable beds, a decent-sized bathroom and a fairly modern TV with Netflix and YouTube. Ventilation was poor at best. Check-in service was mediocre, and the staff couldn’t speak English, though breakfast service was great. Breakfast is a bit unusual but filling. The fresh fruit and bacon were great, the pastries just so-so, and there was a big choice of eggs prepared in different ways.
