Eric Vökel Boutique Apartments Ribera Suites

This was a 10 out of 10 experience at Eric Vokel Rivera Suites. We had a two-bedroom apartment with a comfortable bed, several pillow choices, and a safe in the bedroom. It was quiet at night, and the team had a cot ready for our baby. There's no unpleasant smell in the new building. The apartment looks just like the official photos, and it's neat, modern, chic and well designed. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and induction cooker, so it's great for basic family cooking. Getting around was easy. The bus stop is a two-minute walk away, and the bus takes 10 minutes to the heart of Marid. Walking to SOL takes about 30 minutes, and there's a metro nearby too. The neighborhood gives you a different local feel from the crowded tourist areas, and supermarket DIA is just a minute away. Check-in was smooth. The team is at the desk before 5pm, and the online entry code works simply after that, either by typing it in or pressing the remote button to open the building and room doors. Online check-in beforehand was quick and easy too. It was a pleasure meeting Kate, Andrei and Aritz. They're professional, welcoming and considerate, and you can feel how much care and pride they have in this new project. They respond quickly in chat, and they're lovely to talk with. There's also a lobby locker where you can leave bags for free before check-in or after checkout. Use a token or 1 euro coin to activate it. I'd happily recommend Eric Vokel and would love to stay again.
