A quiet place just two minutes from the busy city, in a great spot for exploring and enjoying Madrid. The hotel was very clean, the staff were cooperative, and breakfast had a good variety and tasted very good. I'd readily recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid.

Inside, the hotel is clean, cozy, and quiet. But my bedroom window faces the alley, and there's a bar nearby. A group of drunk people gathered under the window and made a racket all night, so getting any sleep was impossible on my first night. The hotel should hire security or do something to stop people gathering under bedroom windows, or block the alley. I'm moving to another hotel first thing in the morning.

The rooms were comfortable and clean for two, but breakfast was very basic and felt overpriced. The hotel is right in the city center, only a few minutes on foot from both the bus and metro, so getting around is easy. That central spot does mean some noise at night.

The room was laid out well, with plenty of outlets, and the electric shutter made it very dark and quiet. The hotel's pleasant modern interior was a surprise after the small side street outside. Staff were friendly and efficient, and everything worked. We stayed just two nights, so the window facing inward didn't bother us.

The location is amazing, and the rooms are nice with great service. The walls are thin, though, so loud noises made it hard to sleep at night.
