Hostal Andrea

It’s not bad, but it needs maintenance and more shelves for putting things. The bathroom is really uncomfortable, and it’s expensive for what they offer. There’s a lot of noise from both inside and outside.

The rooms have been updated and feel modern, and the women working there were fantastic. It’s right in the heart of Madrid, which suited me since I mainly needed somewhere to sleep. Just know it’s on the building’s third floor, with small, tiring steps after a long day. I didn’t find that out until I arrived. I’d stay again.

The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable, even though renovations were still going on. The staff said they were working on it, but in my opinion the room should have been fully fixed before it was offered for booking. Getting up to the third floor was a real struggle: there’s no lift, and I was traveling with my elderly parents and seven suitcases. I won’t book here again for that reason.

The service was incredible and the place was as clean as a resort. Such an amazing place, highly recommended 👍🏼
