The location worked really well, with lots of good places within walking distance. I stayed two nights at Hostal Art Madrid and was happy with the experience. The room was clean and had the basics, which was enough for me, and the service was very kind. The floor was quiet. I'd say it's better suited to families or couples than a group of friends. Thanks to the staff for being so helpful and kind.

The staff were as nice and helpful as other reviews said. My room was clean, well arranged, and a comfortable size, with a new bathroom. It was quiet enough for me, and the place is right in the centre. It had everything I needed, and I'd definitely recommend it.

We were really grateful that they let us leave our luggage after checkout until it was time to head to the airport. The receptionist was warm, cheerful, and friendly. Our room was generally spacious and cleaned every day, though the bathroom and toilet felt a little cramped and the sink was outside. The hotel is also in a great spot, easy to reach on foot and close to public transport.

Carla was so kind, friendly, and helpful, many thanks to her. I had a lovely balcony view, and the location made it easy to walk everywhere, so I didn't use public transport. The air conditioning worked well, though I didn't leave it on overnight. There's an elevator, and the rooms are on the second and third floors. I took the stairs too. They can keep your luggage for free after checkout, and I left my bag there for another three hours.

My wife left her diamond and white gold bracelet in the room, and they brought it back to me. You don't see that kind of honesty every day. The place was very clean, smelled nice, and had a friendly receptionist. The location is excellent, and the discounted parking they offer costs 25 euros a day. Great value for the price, highly recommended.
