The receptionists were wonderful, especially Andrea and Nieves. They were friendly and helpful. The hostel was quiet, comfortable, and very clean, with a safe and refrigerator in the room. It’s in a nice area, close to the subway. Excellent hostel!

The room was small but clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is great, with shops just a minute away and Anton Martin metro only two minutes away. They also have luggage storage. A very pleasant hostel!

I was there for three nights, and it was a very comfortable stay. The room was spotless and small, but that was no issue since I was travelling solo. The shower was good, and reception gave me useful tips for getting around Madrid and finding good places to eat. They even helped an old man like me with the digital key system. Very welcoming staff, and the hostel is close to the Prado and metro stations. Highly recommended.

The location is great, and the room is tiny, though it works well enough for a short stay. One young woman at reception wasn’t very helpful or friendly. The other lady, who’s there in the morning, was so kind and friendly.

For a 2-star hostel, it’s decent. The rooms are a good size, and everything was very clean. If you choose one of the exterior rooms, you’ll be happy. The air conditioners really aren’t up to Madrid’s heat, though. Staff are friendly and good at solving problems.
