A quiet, cosy spot. The room was clean, and the bathroom looked new.

They won't answer, and I can't cancel my booking. Stay away.

You can find a place to stay here on weekends without a car, and it's very close to Puerta del Sol. The service was fantastic, and one of the owners we met was incredibly friendly. Thanks so much for having us. I'd highly recommend this hostel.

The staff were so friendly, and the service was excellent throughout. A spectacular stay, we'll definitely come back.

I paid, but nobody answered the door, and I was left outside on a street with many poor homeless people. There was no service, and it felt dangerous. I hadn't arrived early in the morning, yet their replies included lies and accusations that I'd paid but not been served. Ridiculous. Check the reviews carefully, because quite a few people say they've paid and then been left out on the street for no reason. Don't book here!
