Uma Suites O'Donnell

We spent a week in Madrid and would happily stay at Uma Suites again. The street-facing room was surprisingly quiet for us, and the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen plus a combined washer and dryer. They can provide the appliance manuals if you ask. Getting around was easy, with Atocha station, the airport, metro stops, grocery stores, and cafes all accessible from the great location.

There are three metro stations within walking distance of Uma Suites O’Donnell, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We felt safe in the area, and the apartment was quiet at night, with just ordinary city traffic during the day. We liked the rooftop terrace as a place to unwind. The downstairs bedroom had two twin beds pushed together as a king, and the other bedroom had a queen. Both bathrooms were clean, and the showers got hot with good pressure. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. Customer service was wonderful, and we’d stay again. On arrival, we left our bags in the lockers while the apartment was being cleaned. That let us start exploring on the first day without carrying luggage around or paying for storage.

We loved our stay and plan to come back. The apartment worked really well for our family of five: it was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The modern place is within walking distance of everything, and the kitchen came with a lot, from a coffee maker and dishwasher to a washing machine.

The room was clean and big, and I had everything I needed. Communication was really good, and supermarkets are close by. The hotel is on a busy boulevard, so you might hear cars and horns, but it wasn't too bad. I always bring earplugs to hotels anyway. Nothing really negative to say, and I'd recommend it to anyone, including people with a child.
