While I was away at work at IFEMA, they came into our room without warning, thinking nobody was there. My husband was sick in bed, and they had no explanation for walking in. When I complained, they said they were there "to take measurements of the bathroom" and told me to leave if I didn't like it. Then, when I tried to check out, they refused to refund the unused nights. On the first day we were short on money, and the next day my husband fell ill. We couldn't leave valuables behind, so we carried everything to FITUR. It was embarrassing. Thieves. Never again.
