The staff were polite, funny, and always looked after us. The rooms were very clean and up to standard, and the location is as good as it gets. Highly recommend it.

The reception staff made a great impression, and we'd love to come back. The location right in the heart of Puerta Sol was another highlight. To make the stay even better, they could provide tea or coffee sachets or flasks.

It's a great spot and good value for Madrid, though the place is pretty basic. The front desk is open 24 hours and the staff are friendly. The hostel occupies only the 3rd and 4th floors, so take the lift up to the 3rd; the rest of the building is private residences. Ask for a quiet room if you don't want the 24 hour bustle of Puerta Del Sol.

We had trouble sleeping because it gets very loud at night, though of course that's not the hostel's fault. Apart from that, we had a really nice stay. The hostel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location is fantastic. We'd definitely come again.
