The location was ideal, right on the main street with everything close by. Our room was lovely and quiet, with a mirror and a nice view of the surrounding buildings, so it was easy to relax. The whole place was spotless, neat, and organized, and they replaced our towels every day, which we appreciated. We felt comfortable and welcome from the start. The staff were so kind and always tried to help with whatever we needed. Even the hallway had a pleasant smell as soon as you walked in. I’m usually picky and can always find something to complain about, but I can honestly recommend this hostel wholeheartedly.

The hotel and room were very clean, and the location was perfect. The bed was comfortable, the linens were great, and there was a kettle with everything needed for tea and coffee. Staff were very polite and available around the clock. You can hear sounds through the rooms, but it didn't stop me from sleeping well. I recommend the hotel.

A lovely little hotel in a great spot right in the heart of Madrid. Don’t be put off when you first enter the building, it’s old and the elevator only fits one person. The receptionists gave us such a warm welcome, with espumante and candies. We loved the room and had a really great stay. I’ll be back!

My room was clean, well equipped, and just the right size for one person. The staff were kind and even helped me figure out the subway route to the airport. The location was amazing. The walls are very thin, though. I could hear my neighbor’s TV in my room, so I put on some music to cover it up and get to sleep.
