They handled a difficult situation really well. I got an email saying the lift was broken and wouldn't be available during our stay. Usually that wouldn't have been a problem, but my 85 year old Dad was with us, and his mobility issues meant he couldn't use the stairs. Although the booking was non-refundable, they replied by email within minutes after I explained and processed a full refund. I was very impressed.

The sheets and blankets weren't clean, and the only window I saw looked onto a grimy shaft. The whole stay felt hostile and dystopian, almost like being in a prison. I didn't see anyone in person the entire time. The reception was always closed and empty, and the only contact was someone on the phone who was rude and impatient. It was grossly expensive for what it was. I wouldn't recommend it, and seriously encourage the managers to improve their service.

The front desk service was absolutely awful. They simply didn't want to help, whether it was about changing rooms or getting a refund for the unused nights. Lesson learned, stay away for your own sanity! ðŸ˜

The room was unclean, the staff unfriendly, and the toilet door wouldn't even shut. If a postmodern future of prison-like self check-in sounds appealing, this is the place for you.

The location is unbeatable, right in the center of a neighborhood with lots to do and good food. The staff and management were kind, helpful, and reasonable.
