Good value for the money, right in central Madrid. Palacio Real, San Miguel mercado, and Plaza Mayor are all easy to reach on foot.

The location was excellent, but the stay wasn't satisfactory. The rooms weren't clean, and the place didn't look good overall. The showers were clogged, and the bath towels seemed more than 10 years old, extremely worn out. Front desk service was okay.

There was plenty of space, even in the standard room, and it was spotlessly clean. It had a large TV, air conditioning, and a spacious bathroom, in a central but quiet part of the city. They can store your bags after checkout if you're leaving Madrid later that afternoon or evening. Fantastic value for money in my opinion. I'll be back!

The location is the main reason to stay here. My room, though, felt worn, with tiles starting to come away, and seemed a bit pricey for its condition. I’d been here before and remembered it being better. Still, the stay was fine.

The room could have been cleaner, though it was acceptable. For the price, that was okay, and everything else was good. The place is right in central Madrid.
