The building is old, there’s no lobby or breakfast service, and the reception is simple. Still, the staff are respectful, friendly, and helpful, and the service feels honest and reliable. The internet is very good and free. The location is excellent, right in the city center near Puerta del Sol, with restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and plazas all close by.

Angelo was kind, attentive, and ready to help with everything. The hostel was clean and comfortable, with a spacious, quiet room and spotlessly clean bathrooms. I liked having a coffee machine with a good selection to start the day. The location was perfect, near the metro and main attractions. I had an amazing stay, highly recommend it, and can’t wait to return!

The price is great for this area, and their customer service was amazing. I was able to change my reservation over WhatsApp.

The staff were really nice, and everything was clean. The location is right downtown, just a two-minute walk from Puerta del sol.

I use a wheelchair and a prosthetic, so this hotel isn't suitable for me. As soon as the staff realized, they called to help me find somewhere else. That care meant a lot, and I arrived there smiling, with a little help from others. The service is so good. See you on my next trip to Spain! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
