Oscar was incredibly kind and helpful. We’ve stayed here twice and will be back. The rooms are small, clean, and comfortable, with a great shower and new doors and frames. Shut the windows and they block all the street noise; open them and you get fresh, cool Madrid air. The location is hard to beat for sightseeing and dining. It’s a few minutes between Opera and Puerto del Sol, near the Cathedral and Palace, and about a 20-minute walk to the Prada and Tyssen. Playa Mayor is five minutes away, and the metro is close for airport or train connections. There are restaurants all around, from bars and cafes to Michelins. Your amigos from Hawaii, D&G

The furniture has a vintage feel, but it was a comfortable and really cool stay. The street is crowded and right in the city center, though it gets calm enough at night because the place is elevated.

The beds were very comfortable, and we had a beautiful view. It’s so clean and close to everything, and the staff were super kind and let us check in early.

The location is perfect, within walking distance of the city centre and all the cool landmarks. Everyone working there was really nice, especially the friendly people at check-in. Our room was clean and just as expected. The AC took a few minutes to start, then worked well. Loved staying here!

The location was really convenient, just a couple of minutes on foot from opera station. We stayed three nights and had a pleasant time. The shower room is small but does the job, with hot enough water. There’s a 24-hour front desk, and they cleaned our room every day. Highly recommend.
