There are plenty of places to eat nearby, though the area looks a bit run down. I didn't feel unsafe there. The check-in location is across the street from where you actually stay. It feels more like a small one-bedroom apartment, but it's dated and could use an update. There were no toiletries or daily cleaning. The lift is a tight squeeze for two people with two bags.

The apartments felt worn and dated, and the comfort and modern feel fell short of what the marketing led us to expect. They had basic amenities and were functional, but for the price, Madrid seems to have better options with more up-to-date, well-kept rooms. I'd look at those instead for a more satisfying stay.

My main concern is the entrance. Homeless people and passersby come and go right behind guests trying to open the front door, which jams often and doesn't reliably accept the code. The management is the same as the hotel just across the street. I can't recommend the place. The reception and maintenance employees were the one positive: given the circumstances, they seemed to be doing their best for guests. TERRIBLE. In reply to the hotel's response and its threat to involve the police because it disliked my reviews: I have not stayed at three lodging places on the same date. I wrote the reviews on the same day, which is different, and I never claimed to have stayed in them. I have been to all of them more than once and documented what I described. The evidence is there for anyone to see. The hotel can report whatever it wants to the authorities, and I encourage it to do so. I have documentation, receipts, recordings, and pictures to support what I said, and I'll gladly testify without hesitation. And when have you ever seen a bot write like this? This account goes back several years and has plenty of reviews and recommendations. Just look at my Maps' Guide level, collaborations, additions, and edits. There's no hidden interest here. We didn't choose these apartments. Our agent booked them at the last minute after another place fell through. They were across the road and hard to find. The air conditioning worked well, and the location was pretty central. Wi-Fi was fine too. The decor was dated and random, with random hot tubs in the bedroom that didn't work.
