Hostal Welcome

The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, which made me feel at home. Everything was carefully arranged and the rooms were very clean. The location was close to all the important places, and the facilities included a wonderful pool and a restaurant with varied, delicious food. For what I paid, the service and stay felt well worth it. It was a wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations, and I’d gladly come back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious stay.

I stayed for a month and had a bad experience. Our belongings were stolen from the shared toilet and laundry areas, and the staff were uncooperative. The service was poor, the toilets and showers were always dirty, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. It was noisy everywhere even after midnight, so I couldn’t sleep well. The place didn’t feel safe, and we couldn’t lock the room because they hadn’t given us a key. I wish there were an option to give no stars, but I had to select at least one to post a review.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It costs more than the services are worth, and they turn off the cooling most of the time. I was nearly boiling from the heat.

I’m still staying at Hostel welcome until next month, and I like it here. The place is simple, but the staff are really helpful. They even provide three meals a day.
