Check-in was easy, the rooms were clean and tidy, and it's close to everything you'd want. A great experience all round. I'd go again.

The wifi connection was strong, and the location is good in downtown Madrid. Unfortunately, noise from outside carries clearly and makes it hard to rest. The bathroom installations need some attention.

The staff are really nice, and it's a comfortable, cheap place to stay. The wifi wasn't great and only worked sometimes, and not having a kitchen is a drawback. Still, it's a really nice place.

At least the place was clean and had a moderate sense of safety. The service left a lot to be desired, and reception is on the second floor of another building.

The views of the square are excellent, and the location is perfect. Friendly staff too. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the city who wants to take in the sights.
