The rooms are small, but the quality is excellent for the price. Even though they face the main street, they’re really well soundproofed.

The staff were friendly, and the location felt good and safe. The rooms are tiny, but what bothered us most was how uncomfortable they were. We’ve stayed in even smaller rooms before, but those at least felt cozier and had a few basic amenities. These rooms have no soundproofing at all. We could hear our neighbors constantly, even their smallest noises. The towels were small and not good, so I’d bring your own. They also weren’t very consistent about cleaning the room. If you can afford 10-15 euros more per night, you might want to stay somewhere else.

I felt safe traveling on my own, and the service was very friendly and helpful, with a personal feel. I stayed 4 nights while attending a conference. My room was small but clean and quiet. Most attractions were an easy walk away, and the metro and bus stops were close too. There’s great food a 5 min walk away in the La Latina area.

I liked how close the hotel was to all the tourist places, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. You can text them with whatever you need, they replied pretty quickly, and the receptionist gave us great attraction recommendations. The price is lower than other nearby hotels, but the room was very small and so noisy it felt like sleeping next to a dorm mate. Check-out was the biggest problem. I was told to leave my room key when I left the apartment, but other tenants had locked the building’s front gate, and the receptionist wasn’t working after midnight. At 4:30am on Sunday I texted him, and he said I was lucky because he was nearby. While I waited for him to let me out, the taxi driver was stuck outside the gate waiting for me, chatting as if he were visiting a prisoner behind bars. He said this had happened with other guests he’d picked up there too. Hopefully they fix it soon.
