Mercedes and Blanca made our honeymoon feel like we were staying with family. They gave us tips on places to eat, reminded us about sunscreen, and even offered tea or something to help with digestion when I overdid it at dinner. The hostal is right in the center of Madrid, has an elevator, and lets you come and go as you please. It was clean, the service was efficient, and everyone had a smile. We couldn’t have asked for a more special stay.

Merche and Blanca made us feel at home while we were in Madrid, and the staff were helpful, professional, and quick to give us clear information. Hostal Pan América was clean and comfortable, with great value for money. We could walk to everything easily, including Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, and Plaza Mayor, just steps away. It was one of the best choices we made on the trip. Highly recommend it.

I loved staying here. It’s close to everything, the bed was good, and the place was clean every day, with fresh towels too. I had a great experience!
