Hostel Space Capsule

Such a disappointing stay. The capsule smelled foul, the sheets weren’t clean, and there was barely any air circulation. There wasn’t much space to eat, and the kitchen had no cooking utensils or even cutlery. When I complained, reception and management were rude. I’d give it zero if I could.

We’d booked a double bed, but because of an overbooking they sent us to a 1-star hostel. There were no towels and the room had poor ventilation. We had to share with two drunk men who arrived at 2am and snored like chainsaws. It completely ruined Valentine’s day.

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM, and our own check-in went fine with no major problems. But the guests before us couldn’t check in. They’d messaged the reception number on WhatsApp the day before about their luggage, since there’s hardly anywhere to store it, and reception simply started ignoring them. Everyone deserves to be treated respectfully. That kind of childish silence was disappointing.

The bathrooms were clean, though cramped, and the whole place has an interesting feel for budget travelers. There’s very little room to store luggage, move around, or even hang a towel, and it could use some charm. The capsules felt like sleeping in a plastic playhouse for a child 🤣, but you get what you pay for.
