It's central but on a quiet street, and the beds and bathroom were great. The staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and safe. Breakfast was plentiful, but I didn't ask in advance and there weren't any vegetarian options for me. Thank you.

The staff stood out for being friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Our room was a good size and soundproofed, so nights were quiet. It's close to Opera and Sol, tucked away on a quiet side street. I'd definitely stay again.

Catalina at reception was so kind and welcoming, and always ready to help with a caring, professional attitude. She made our hotel stay much more enjoyable.

Yanira and Noelia were especially lovely and helped us order tickets through a Spanish-only website for a wonderful ballet at the National theatre right next door. The staff were great, the rooms clean, and the location is ideal, near both the metro and taxi station. I'd happily recommend staying here.

Hotel Meninas is a standard B&B Hotel in a really handy spot. Opera Metro Station is just steps away, with plenty of restaurants and eateries along the busy street. The Amazing Royal Palace and its gardens, which you really have to see to believe, are only a short walk from there.
