We’d very gladly stay here again. The front desk was exceptional and really helpful, and the fifth-floor room had a wonderful view of the palace. It was a little too cold to use the modest balcony during our stay, but it would be great on a late summer evening in Madrid, between tapas. The location also gives quick access to many of Madrid’s lovely sights. The kitchenette was very convenient, especially for a longer stay or a family with young kids who might need a stove top or microwave. We could hear the families on either side through the somewhat thin walls. The 4.7 overall score is accurate, though I was ‘forced’ to round up to five. It’s a very, very good place.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s a good location for exploring Madrid. Breakfast is reasonable for what’s offered, and what they serve is actually better than the options you’ll find around. Highly recommend.

Our one bedroom suite worked perfectly for our family’s six night stay in Madrid, with plenty of room across the bedroom, bathroom, and living room. I was pleasantly surprised that housekeeping came daily, since many other apartment hotels only offer it every other day. It’s also well located near the subway and bus routes to most major attractions. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid who wants some extra room.

Seeing the Royal Palace from the terrace was an amazing sight. We stayed two nights at Jardines de Sabatini Apartosuites, in a room overlooking the gardens of the Royal Palace of Madrid. Check-in was easy, and the kitchen area was good. There was filtered bottled water that you could refill from the reception area. Another highlight was the guided tour of the owner’s classic car museum in the basement, available only to guests. It has a large collection of cars from over a 100 years. Make sure to book with reception during your stay. The staff were very friendly, and we had a great time in Madrid with this as our perfect base. Hotel guests also have exclusive all year round access to the rooftop Terrace of Sabatini. It’s one of the best kept secrets for a stay in Madrid.
