Roisa Centro

Really warm in January, with two terraces, plenty of beds, and a spacious apartment with all the amenities. It was a great stay in an awesome location. Thanks for everything.

We had a five-bed apartment on the ground floor, and it was perfect for our group. Great location, and the team got back to us very quickly on WhatsApp whenever we had questions.

The only good parts were the helpful receptionist, the convenient location with everything nearby, and the apartment's well-stocked utensils. Still, my partner and I travel often, and this was our most disappointing stay so far. I strongly recommend avoiding it. Half the building was under construction, and nobody warned us. The corridors were dusty, smelled strange, and were cluttered with equipment that blocked the way, including a Stanley knife. In our first room, construction was happening on every surrounding wall. Heavy machinery shook the room, and a hammer banged against the wall right beside the bed. The room smelled of paint from the corridor work, and dust came in under the door. None of us had breathing or lung problems, but nobody had told us about this significant hazard. Trying to get away from the noise and smell wasn't possible. Someone was working on a corridor wall, sending bits of plaster flying toward us, so we had to stay in the room for a long time because reception didn't open until 1 o'clock. When we explained, the receptionist confirmed construction had been going on in recent days, and said workers were just painting walls and fixing a door that day. The noise was exceptionally loud, the room shook, and dust was everywhere from 9 AM to 8 PM. They moved us to a room directly above the first one. The banging no longer shook the whole room, but it was still deafening and woke us as soon as it started at 9 AM. Dust still got inside, and the freshly painted corridor smelled much the same. In that room, the hot water swung between extremely hot and cold. The bathroom smelled like a faucet, and the fridge made an irritating noise that kept us from falling asleep, so we had to turn it off overnight. The Wi-Fi also didn't work properly. With all that noise, getting even a little remote work done was impossible.

The apartments have plenty of room to relax, cook, and sleep, and the windows are strong enough that you don't hear outside noise. The rooms are cozy and feel like home. The location is just perfect, and the staff are really nice. Highly recommend!
