The breakfast was served somewhere else, and the portion wasn’t enough for me since I like a big breakfast: one toasted sandwich, a banana, and a yogurt. I wouldn’t recommend it if you eat a lot in the morning. The hotel itself deserves five stars from me, though. The breakfast was provided by a partner location, so that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The location is great for walking around, and the woman from Cluj, Romania at reception was really kind.

The lift isn’t working, so we have to use the stairs for all four floors. We’re both over 60, and it’s especially worrying to think about carrying all our luggage back down on departure day. This has been a very upsetting stay so far. It shows poor management and little consideration. Until the hotel fixes and clearly communicates basic accessibility problems, I can’t recommend it, especially to older travelers.

The Wi-Fi worked well, and the location puts you close to tourist spots, the metro, shops, and restaurants. I stayed in the Luxemburg room, part of the rooms named after European countries, which was a nice little detail. There was also a small fridge stocked with water and soda. A pretty decent hotel for the price.

There are lots of services nearby, and the location is handy for getting to almost everything. A great place to stay.

For a central spot at this price, I can live with the window having no view or real sunlight. The service was good, and the staff, including Ralu, were nice. There’s also a pleasant little breakfast restaurant.
