We met our son in Madrid, and the three of us had plenty of room and privacy. He used the roomy living area and openable sofa, while my wife and I took the bedroom with its queen bed. I’m usually picky about European places to stay, but this one beat my expectations. It’s centrally placed for visiting the Prado to the east, or the Palace and Plaza Mayor to the west. The side street has no car traffic, and between the soundproof glass and wooden slats, the room stayed very quiet at night. The air conditioning worked well and followed the room thermostat, which mattered in Madrid’s summer. The kitchen was well stocked with a full-size fridge, stove, and dishes. Staff were friendly and quick to help, the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels, and there was a full-size tub in the bathroom. I highly recommend it for a stay here.

Inside, the hotel is lovely, even though from outside it looks rather plain because of the graffiti you see all over Spain. The apartment was spacious and very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, and the staff were lovely. The complimentary toiletries were good quality too. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows and linens were lovely. There are bars and restaurants close by, and you can walk to everything. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in Madrid.

The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the room was a good size. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. It’s a superb place, though I wish they had a few more amenities, like toothbrushes. Still, it gets a perfect score from me.

I rented this place for a long stay. It’s dressed up to look good, but the furniture is cheap, and aside from Mrs. Silvia, the staff are very rude. When I left, they wouldn’t return my two-month deposit under the terms in the contract, which say it should be returned after the apartment is checked. They keep pushing the date back, so I’m having to take legal action to get my money back. Avoid this place if you don’t want to feel like they’re constantly trying to rip you off or deal with the headache of getting your own money back.

The location is great, the staff are nice, and the interiors are okay. But management is horrible and arrogant. If you’re only there for two nights, you may have no complaints. For a long stay, where paying less per night for six months is perfectly normal, they treat you like a second-rate guest and try to rip you off. There were baseless threats, an arrogant attitude throughout, and they held onto my deposit illegally past the usual time even though everything had been checked and was in order.
