The apartments are clean, good, and really well located, with an easy self check-in and check-out. Getting hold of staff quickly can be difficult, though.

I’m angry and deeply disappointed with Limehome Madrid. They seem to think that, as a multinational operating remotely, they can do whatever they want without any decency or values. The advertising and photos were plentiful, but the service was disgraceful, and in my view this deserves legal action. We booked an apartment in Madrid months ahead. Just days before the trip, after we’d bought tickets and prepared everything, they canceled with an implausible explanation and blamed Booking.com, which also failed to sort it out. We’ve been loyal Booking.com customers for years and travel often. We asked to be moved to another available apartment and got no response. We were told they wanted to increase the apartment’s price and couldn’t do that with our reservation in place. We’re going to take legal action.
