Hotel Miau

Breakfast was pretty limited for hot food, and the scrambled eggs were reheated rather than freshly made. The room was clean, if a little small, and I could hear noise from downstairs, though it was still fine for sleeping. The location was very good, with an easy walk to sol plaza.

The terrace opened onto a large plaza, so it was very noisy. The rooms are tiny, though mine worked fine since I was traveling alone, and I think two people would feel cramped. Everything was clean, and the shower had great pressure and temperature. Good location and service. I’ll come back.

The outside of the hotel gave me a different first impression from what we found inside. The location is perfect, the staff are amazing, and the room for my wife and son was a good size and very clean. It’s a cozy place, and breakfast was very good.

The room felt cramped and poorly designed, almost like a cell. There were cracks in the walls, and the little bedside tables were wobbly. Even though the room was small, the queen bed was so short that my legs hung over the edge. The patio was tiny and useless, and the curtains didn’t close properly. There were only three tissues in a plastic holder, which was so depressing it was funny. The bathroom was another problem: the shower was clunky and there was a constant loud noise. You could hear people in other rooms through the thin walls. The fridge had awkward shelves, and the outlets wouldn't fit any of my several international adapters. There were no USB outlets either, so I couldn't charge anything unless I had European plugs. The room photos were misleading. The hotel is on a narrow side street, and I walked right past the entrance while looking for it. The rooms face that street, so there's basically no city view like the advertising suggests. Update: A bad management team lies to save face. In the response below, the hotel denied that I stayed there, but I was there for one night in June 2025. They also tried to tarnish my review history, even though I'm a local guide who's given many positive reviews to great establishments around the world. Trying to smear a customer instead of acknowledging problems is weak and childish. What a shame.
